Speak at H-GAC

The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) is the name of the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for our region of Texas.

Metro board meetings are held at 10 am on the fourth Thursday of each month in person or by remote video conference.

To make a public comment, you must register at least 48 hours in advance.

Metro board meetings are held Downtown at 1900 Main St., Houston, Texas 77002

When you arrive, go through security and register. You’ll need an ID.
