What are my rights when I protest?

Designate Montrose as a Cultural District

The city currently has 7 cultural districts. Montrose is not one of them but it should be!

Let’s see the city show it’s support for a community under attack. Light up City Hall!

Demand Mayor Whitmire Keep the Pride Crosswalk

The Houston Chronicle Editorial Board said it:

“Houston’s Pride crosswalk attacked by Trump and Greg Abbott. Where’s Mayor Whitmire? Why can't our mayor be courageous, or at least clever, in standing up to bureaucratic game of smear the queer?”

A Pride Banner District for Montrose

The city of Houston can permit the placement of banners along Westheimer. Check out this banner district.

Rainbowfy the Katz’s Crosswalk

The city removed the raised crosswalk and put in a low visibility crosswalk which drivers simply ignore.

Support Westheimer Businesses Which Support the Community

We encourage local businesses on Westheimer to show their support for the community. Let’s put up some Pride colors!
